BARTKO’S PROSECUTORS AND TRIAL JUDGE REFUSE TO CONSIDER COMPELLING EVIDENCE OF HIS WRONGFUL CONVICTION

Since Bartko’s conviction in 2010, a variety of efforts have been undertaken to bring to light the prosecutorial misconduct and associated false and perjured testimony used by the government to convict him. The old saying “the truth always comes out” may very well be accurate, but the question remains just how long does it take for the truth to make a difference. Perhaps the best answer is “as long as it takes.”
